As Actor
Grounded in the principles of the Meisner Technique, my work as an actor is rooted in truth and spontaneity, and I have trained with Scott Williams of The Impulse Company in this practice.
To craft compelling characters, I approach straight acting and musical theatre using the same techniques, whether it's in the realms of drama or comedy.
A natural comedic performer, my quick comic timing received widespread praise in my recent work as Woman 2 in the revival production of Songs For a New World at Upstairs at The Gatehouse.
As a performer, I am represented by Nina Lee Management

Eleanore Frances’ (Woman 2) soaring vocals, paired with her masterful quirky, comedic ability, result in the audience laughing and crying at the same time. She tries to get her husband’s attention in ‘Just One Step’, leaving everyone in absolute stitches about her rooftop antics, and the same can be said of her caustic Mrs Claus, fed up with Saint Nick in ‘Surabaya-Santa’. Her wistful highlight, ‘Stars and the Moon’, showcases her vocals as she toys with the opposing values of wealth and dreams.
Musical Theatre Review

Eleanore Frances gives an effervescent display as Woman 2, a part which provides some of the biggest laughs in the piece. Frances clearly got the assignment for ‘Just One Step’, the story of a wealthy woman who has climbed onto a window ledge to get her husband’s attention, while she is deliciously wicked as a scornful Mrs Claus in ‘Surabaya-Santa’

Eleanore Frances got a truly dramatic moment in the thematically difficult but flawlessly executed ‘Just One Step’ as well as delivering a note-perfect rendition of the number we were all waiting for, ’Stars And The Moon’.

Eleanore Frances is particularly lovely in the now cabaret standard Stars and The Moon, and gets the biggest laughs of the night with a hilarious scornful number told from the perspective of Mrs. Claus.
